At iMi, we’re constantly trying to keep up with everything going on in the world of mentoring. Through our partnerships and outreach, we’ve discovered two very important things:
- Programs around the country (and the world) are matching mentors and mentees, and fostering these relationships in very exciting ways
and
- We have a lot to learn from one another
As we searched for a place that captured all of these best practices, we realized that such a place might not exist yet. So we created the iMi blog to be that place. We’d like to capture information about research, share mentor-mentee stories, help answer program questions, and find sources for funding for mentoring programs.
We hope that the iMi blog becomes the Online Community for Mentoring.
